![]() ![]() The Up Hill part was the way it was from the time that the idea was conceived by a group, one of which was C. My outfit all the way was K Company, 87th Regiment, I Oth Mountain Division. Ski Troops were the Mountain Infantry of WW Two. ![]() It boils down to MY recollections, and I'm not too serious about the whole thing. Altho I've tried, I don't lay any claim that this is accurate. That's fine! You go ahead and write your recollections, and I'll disagree with you. So to you who were there, you will disagree with parts of this. As I kept no journal, I have referred to the works of many other people, and have had help from many of you guys that were there with me. I was only one of thousands, so this is my memories of that conflict, forty years later. ![]() In no way does this pretend to be a history of The 10th Mountain Division, or even K Co. This is my recollection of the 43 months and one day that I spent as a soldier in the U.S. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library.
